The focus of this class is on progressive strengthening, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to stimulate and tone sluggish muscles. Students learn correct body position and exercise technique. The body's natural breathing rhythms are explored to decrease unwanted tensions and energy blockages. May be taken twice for degree or certificate credit. Offered: Occasionally.
