This course is designed for individuals with little or no fitness training experience. Emphasis is given to activities that improve strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. Special attention is given to developing a program that is simple and enjoyable and suits the student's unique health and fitness needs. May be taken only once for degree or certificate credit. Offered: Summer, Fall and Spring.
