This is an activity class designed specifically for students who exhibit a beginning level of fitness. Students will be exposed to various types of training to develop power, speed, cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility. The primary focus is on speed and power development exercises as a way to enhance and/or vary existing training programs. May be taken twice for degree or certificate credit. Offered: Summer, Fall and Spring.
