This course incorporates topics in college algebra and pre-calculus. Topics include systems of equations and inequalities; functions and graphs; matrices and determinants; conic sections; complex numbers; polynomial, exponential and logarithmic functions; sequence; series; and probability. Laboratory time is included in which students either use technology to work on projects or work on group activities that strengthen concepts learned in class. Prerequisite: MATH 109. Offered: Summer, Fall and Spring.
