The focus of this course is on strength and endurance conditioning, correct body position and exercise technique to achieve the maximum benefit from each exercise. Students are encouraged to exercise at their own level of ability and to progress according to their personal exercise goals in a noncompetitive, supportive environment. May be taken twice for degree or certificate credit. Prerequisite: HPER 117L. Offered: Occasionally.
