A continuation of Spanish I involving further study of the structure of the language as well as extensive practice in listening, speaking, reading and writing. The course also requires that the student go to the language lab for a minimum of 8 hours during the semester, or to register for SPAN 112L. A corresponding heritage Spanish course, SPAN 114L, is offered for students whose native culture includes exposure to the language. Prerequisite: SPAN 111. Offered: Summer, Fall and Spring. NMCCNS: SPAN 1123/SPAN 1121. NMGECC: Area V.
