The goal of this course is to increase the student's understanding of the communication processes that underlie the formation, maintenance and dissolution of interpersonal relationships. The class examines the application of interpersonal communication in the four basic categories of life: family, friends, romance and work-based relationships. Prerequisite: ENGL 109.
