Approved by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) for the certification and licensing of Class I wastewater treatment plant operators. This course contains provisions of the Clean Water Act and Arkansas Regulation No. 3 requirements for licensing and plant classification. Preliminary treatment, clarification, secondary treatment, disinfection processes and basic wastewater math are included. Internet students must have access to the Internet and a browser.
