Topics include: Arrest/Search Procedural, Civil Rights Criminal Civil Liability, Criminal Law and Procedures, Cultural Diversity. Emergency Spanish for Police Officers, Interviews, Interrogations and Confessions, Introduction to the Fourth Amendment. Introduction to the U. S. Constitution, Investigative Detention, Probably Cause, Racial Profiling, Search of Motor Vehicles Search of Persons, Search of Premises, Testifying in Court, and Use of Force.
