(Prerequisite: RESP 1224 Basic Assessment and Diagnostics, RESP 1422 Respiratory Pharmacology, RESP 2243 Pulmonary Diseases, RESP 2462 Clinical Practicum III or acceptance into the CRT to RRT Program. Co-requisitie: RESP 2475 Clinical Practicum IV). This course is designed to enable the respiratory therapy student to integrate all the information learned in the program. This course will focus on dealing with Intensive Care Patients. The laboratory time will be spent treating simulated patients in the lab at SEARK College. (Offered in the spring; as needed in the fall).
