(Prerequisite or Corequisite: BIOL 2464 Human Anatomy and Physiology II and BIOL 2474 Microbiology) Students are introduced to the physical environment of the operating room with selected clinical experiences in acute and ambulatory surgical settings. Students have many experiences in the care and use of instruments and surgical supplies as well as multiple opportunities to scrub in on surgical procedures.
