(Prerequisite: Acceptance into CRT to RRT Program). This clinical course concentrates on the neonatal/pediatric patient. Students will be evaluated on clinical efficiency, professional conduct, and dress as well as ability to perform ventilator checks, make appropriate ventilator changes, and provide appropriate respiratory care modalities to patients as designated by physical assessment and diagnostic tests with the assistance of a preceptor from the clinical site. (Offered in fall and spring)
