(Prerequisite: Acceptance into the ECDT or AAT program) This course introduces the student to early childhood educational settings through 30 (thirty) hours of active observation, and limited guided participation with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Activities and assignments will highlight the principles underlying early childhood education. Students are assigned to licensed, quality childcare centers for this field experience.
