Credits - 3 Lecture - 2 Other - 2 Hydraulic, air, and mechanical brake system principles of operation, self-energizing, drum, disc, parking, internal expanding, and external band brakes will be covered. Brake system self-adjusters, electric brakes, brake adjustment and inspection will also be covered. Included in this course will also be engine brakes and retarders.
