Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be qualified to take the written and skill tests required for certification as a Long Term Care and/or a Home Health Aide. Besides laboratory practice, the student will participate in the care of the elderly and disabled residents within the Nursing Home and Home Health settings. Instructor permission is required for enrollment in the class. Class size is limited.
