This course introduces students to the concept of total customer service applying it to all areas of business from customer interactions and relationships to the actual sales process. In the increasingly competitive marketplace in which organizations operate, it becomes imperative for these organizations to find ways to rise above the competition. Providing superior customer service is one way for organizations to differentiate their products or services from those of their competitors. Students will be utilizing American Management Association curriculum and, upon successful completion, will obtain an AMA certification in Customer Service Satisfaction. Offered at GCTC and WWTC
