MEDA 220 focuses on advanced clinical care procedure skills as an assistant to a physician in an ambulatory care facility. Upon successful completion of MEDA 220, the student should be able to: Assist the physician in the appraisal of the health status of patients with prescribed medical office diagnostic tests and follow-up care. Correctly and efficiently perform electrocardiography. Coordinate patient treatment with modalities. Coordinate diagnostic radiographic procedures.
