Prerequisite: None This course is designed to review arithmetic through the use of a calculator and to introduce the students to topics of algebra and geometry that are relevant to the areas of agriculture, automotive, and horticulture. Among the topics covered will be calculators, arithmetic, variables, equations, systems of equations, angles, circles, area, volume, charts and graphs, interpretation of data, and application problems. Three hours lecture/discussion a week.
