1 semester hour Prerequisite: Admission to Program (Lab 3 hrs) This course is designed to provide students the opportunity to obtain a health history and perform a physical examination for individuals of all ages. The focus is on symptom analysis along with physical, psychosocial, and growth and development assessments. Students will be able to utilize critical thinking skills in identifying health alterations, formulating nursing diagnoses and documenting findings appropriate to nursing. (F, Sp, S)
