3 semester hours Prerequisite: AGR 136 (Lec 2 hrs, Lab 2 hrs) This course is a continuation of residential landscape design and will include design principles as they relate to private residential properties, commercial properties, and public recreational areas. Topics to be covered will include: proposal development, client relations, and presenting a portfolio. The student will develop a project portfolio for presentation giving cost estimate and time required for installation. (Sp)
