3 semester hours Prerequisite: AET 101S and AET 110 (Lec 1 hr, Lab 4 hrs) This course provides instruction on the techniques and commands used in computer-aided drafting (CAD) that are necessary to create architectural working drawings. This will include library files of architectural symbols and shapes and primitives. Upon completion of this course, the student will demonstrate block manipulation and insertion techniques, create custom tablets and screen and pop-down menus, and create extract attributes.
