PREREQUISITE: ACT 141. This course is a continuation of ACT 141. In addition to a study of financial accounting, this course emphasizes managerial accounting, with coverage of corporations, statement analysis, introductory cost accounting, and use of accounting information for planning, control and decision-making. Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to apply the principles of managerial accounting.
