Prerequisites: HRA101 and HRA105 Commercial Refrigeration Systems is the study of commercial systems used in retail and wholesale operations. This course calculates sizing of commercial refrigeration compartments for installation and equipment sizing. Sizing includes condensing units with evaporators. System piping is covered for size determination of length and pipe diameters. Piping effects are covered, including line resistance and operational effect. (S,D)
