Prerequisites: Completion of VAT102 and VAT103 with a grade of "C" or betterHospital Care instructs the veterinary assistant student in basic maintenance and disinfection of all facets of a small animal veterinary hospital and care of veterinary medical equipment. Included are the instruction of use of practice logs, and identification and sterilization of instruments used in a practice. A laboratory session provides practice of the various techniques taught in the classroom. (D)
