Prerequisite: None U.S. History I shows the development of the United States from Columbian contact through post Civil War reconstruction. This course is designed to help students understand and function in their society. U.S. History I will fulfill the constitution requirement for the Associate of Applied Science degree and partially fulfill the social and behavioral science requirement for the Associate of Arts, Associate of Arts in Teaching, and Associate of Science degrees. This course will fulfill the Missourilaw requiring study of the national and state constitutions. (F,S)
