Prerequisite: AUT101 Wheel, Frame, and Suspension Systems involves the study of automotive steering, suspension, and brake systems. The emphasis is placed on wheel alignment principles and the diagnosis and repair of automotive drum brakes, disc brakes, hydraulic systems, power assist units, and suspension systems. This course will help prepare the student for the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) front-ends and brakes tests. (S)
