Pre-Req: None Co-Req: None This course prepares the health care worker to administer basic life support to the adult, child and infant. The course is based upon the guidelines set forth by the American Heart Association. Content areas include basic airway control, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and use of airway adjuncts. The course consists of lecture, demonstration and practical labs.
