Pre-Req: CIS 170 and CIS 270 Co-Req: None This course will focus on the knowledge to troubleshoot hardware and/or software operation and application problems for end users on the desktop or client-side based on the Windows desktop operating system. It will also cover the skills of help desk technicians, customer support representatives, and technical support specialists. The objectives of this course will be met using problem based learning techniques.
