Introduces the theory, operation, and maintenance of hydraulic/pneumatic systems and devices used in mobile applications. The course emphasizes the properties of fluid, fluid flow, fluid states, pilot operated systems and understanding schematics and how modern systems function with other systems, such as: multiplexing, electronic and pilot controlled systems. Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Total 4 hours per week.
