Teaches theory of active devices and circuits such as diodes, power supplies, transistors (BJT's), amplifiers and their parameters, FET's, and operationalamplifiers. May include UJT's, oscillators, RF amplifiers, thermionic devices, and others. Prerequisite: ETR 131. Corequisite: ETR 132. Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 6 hours per week.
