Provides a basic understanding of effective writing as it pertains to residential real estate appraisals. Focuses on developing an understanding of how to design a narrative report relative to the value of residential property. Fulfills one of the educational requirements necessary to become a certified appraiser. Prerequisite: RES 140, RES 141 and RES 142 with grades of C or better, or consent of instructor.
