Applies principles of the Neuman Systems Model to the nursing care of infants, children and adolescents in hospital and community-based settings. Experience is provided in caring for children and families with a variety of specific system disorders. Emphasis will be on utilizing critical thinking and the nursing process to provide safe care in various health care settings. Prerequisite: NUR 141 and NUR 151 with grades of C or better. Corequisite: NUR 205.
