Provides instruction in basic real state fundamentals for those who wish to qualify for a real estate sales license. Includes the Illinois Licensing Act, the nature of real estate, interests, rights and ownership, legal descriptions, title transfers, contracts, appraisals, financing and closing statements. This course is IDFPR approved; students are required to attend all sessions. Must be 21 years old, a high school graduate/GED, and successful complete this course in order to take the State of Illinois Real Estate Exam.
