Introduces Ju-jutsu (Miyama Ryu) the art of the Japanese Samurai from which judo, aikido and karate were derived. Based on mechanical principles, ju-jutsu is designed for selfdefense. This non-competitive art is suited for women and men, regardless of size and physical condition, stressing technique and attitude. Benefits are improved fitness, coordination, awareness and defense skills training.
