Provides advanced instruction to individuals in the fire and emergency services. This course introduces advanced instructional skills necessary to teach fire and emergency services personnel. It will familiarize the student with behavioral objectives, cognitive, psychomotor skills, different teaching methods and applications in training sessions. This course will also familiarize the student with training records, reports, and in the development and administration of evaluation instruments. Prerequisite: FIS 145 with a grade of C or better.
