Provides students with a study of the basic scientific components of physical fitness. It includes the measurement of different indices of physical fitness common to corporate, clinical and lab settings. Especially designed for students who plan on becoming a personal trainer, physical education teacher or those who are entering the fitness field. Prerequisite: PED 208 with a grade of C or better or consent of instructor.
