Designed for students who have had previous field school experience at the introductory level. This is an intensive course in advanced field methods in archeology. In addition to the continued pursuit of excavation procedures and techniques, the student will be concerned with some of the theoretical and interpretative aspects of archeological analysis. (NOTE: This course is taught only at an archeological site during the summer.) Prerequisite: ANT 101 and ANT 250 with grades of C or better and/or consent of instructor.
