The mortgage market is described, followed by the acquisition of a mortgage portfolio, mortgage plans and procedures, mortgage loan processing and servicing and finally the obligations of the mortgage loan officer in overall portfolio management. Recommended Prerequisite: ACC 211 with a grade of C or better.
