This course is designed to help prepare technical degree students for Composition I. The courses will concentrate on improving basic skills in vocabulary, comprehension, and reading rate through the KeyTrain software system in the Supplemental Instruction Lab. Does not count toward a degree. For technical degree students only. Prerequisite: ACT score in English of 18 or below or equivalent score on alternate test.
