This course is designed to help prepare students for Composition I. The course will concentrate on improving basic skills in vocabulary, comprehension, and reading rate. Does not count toward a degree. The Supplemental Instruction Lab will be used as a lab component. Internet students must have access to the Internet and a browser. Prerequisite: ACT score in English of 18 or below or equivalent score on alternate test.
