This course is for students at any level who desire to increase cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and muscular endurance in an aerobic format that uses kicking, jumping and boxing movements. Emphasis is on safe exercise progression and technique in a format utilizing aerobic kickboxing. May be taken twice for degree or certificate credit. Offered: Summer, Fall and Spring.
