Allows students to focus on the planting design phase of landscape design. Students learn to analyze plants for their design characters and how to marry various types of plant materials into various situations. Perennial, annual, and mixed plantings (trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants) will be considered. Students will learn how to represent these combinations graphically. 38 Contact Hours.
