Acquaints the student with the process of building design development. Factors, which influence and dictate building design, are explored in lecture. Emphasis is placed upon interpretation and application of the building code. Students apply code and program requirements in generating and revising design development drawings of single and mixed occupancy buildings. 68 Contact Hours. Prerequisites: AEC 121 and AEC 123 or permission of instructor.
