This course focuses on the examination and acquisition of positive and effective intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills. It is designed to help students understand the process of communication, assess their strengths and needs as communicators, and assist with problem solving and conflict resolution. Students will study pertinent research in the field of interpersonal communication and refine and learn new communication skills through class exercises and application in daily life.
