(4 credits) (3 lecture, 1 lab) This is a presentation of the principles of inorganic chemistry including atomic structure, periodic classification of the elements, chemical bonding, matter and energy changes, solutions, electronic structure and acid base theory. Designed for students who are not science majors, it fulfills the needs of those in elementary education and various health fields. It is also for those students not adequately prepared for CHEM 1010. (Prerequisite: MATH 0020)
