2 credits (Fall and Spring Semesters) In this course, students will develop a knowledge base of the variety of real world movements that the human body can generate as well as exercises that can be utilized to improve the functionality of the human machine executing these movements. This course involves a combination of learning techniques including lecture and hands-on activities.
