This course concentrates on the properties and applications offunctions, namely polynomial, rational, radical, exponential and logarithmic functions of a real variable. The functions will be studied from symbolic, graphic and numeric perspec-tives. Polynomial, rational, radical, exponential and loga-rithmic functions of a real variable will be used to model real-world phenomena and solve applied problems.
