3 credits (Fall Semester) This course offers a complete introduction to performing a home inspection. The basic tools of performing the home inspection are offered in clear and concise format. The home inspection business frequently asked questions and the tools necessary to perform a complete interior/exterior inspection will be presented. Codes of Ethics and Standards of Practice will be covered as well as the requirements for licensure will be explored. There will be some field experience in the course.
