3 credits (Spring Semester) Prerequisites: ECE 101, ECE 102 or instructor's consent. This course will provide students with the methods and materials for planning and implementing an integrated program for young children, including methods of planning developmentally appropriate activities to enhance children' s development. Emphasis on designing an environment for learning related to curriculum goals, as well as understand-ing the relationship between on-going assessments and cur-riculum planning.
