4 credits (Fall Semester) This course provides students with the developmental foun-dation including theories, issues, research and their applica-tion in program planning for infants and toddlers. Students will be required to observe and document infants and tod-dlers in group settings. Students will plan inclusive environ-ments for infants and toddlers. Students will learn about the importance of understanding families in a cultural context.
